DIRECTIONS

Public Transit: The practice is located in Northwest Columbus, a roughly 20-minute COTA ride from OSU’s main campus (students ride for free with their BUCKID; take bus #1 and exit at Bethel & Reed).

Driving: From OH-315, take exit 8 and go west on Bethel Reed for 2.2 miles. Turn left onto Bethel Reed Park.

There is a plentiful parking lot around the building.

Suite 200 is located on the second floor. Please have a seat in the waiting room, and your clinician will meet you.

REFERRALS

If you are a provider and wish to refer your patient, please have them call 614.431.1418 to schedule or they can request an appointment online. No formal referral is needed.
