This group is for individuals who have a working knowledge of the 10 Intuitive Eating Principles by either attending a prior IE group or self-study. The group will focus on furthering your application of the principles in your life to reach freedom from restricted eating and dieting.
Theresa Mc-Clurg-Genevese, LPCC-S, is a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who will guide participants through this advanced IE therapeutic group.
